Electric Outboard Motors is a trading style and a division of Bournemouth Canoes Limited.
1. English Law applies to all Electric Outboard Motors business activities.
2. Credit card security is maintained by use of a certificated E Commerce provider using encryption.
3. All prices shown on the website include (where applicable) VAT.
4. Carriage is charged per item for UK mainland addresses, we use a nationwide commercial carrier. Electric outboard Motors cannot be held responsible for the performance of the carrier.
5. Carriage on international orders will be advised to the purchaser by email or telephone before the order is processed.
6. Orders will not be processed unless the product is available for dispatch.
7. Supply delays will be advised to the purchaser who can instruct Electric Outboard Motors to proceed with or cancel the order.
8. Returns Policy:-
All warranty returns will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the return is confirmed to be a warranty claim it will be replaced carriage free. All non warranty product returns (incorrect size or the like) will exchanged or refunded provided the product is returned in the purchased condition within 14 days of purchase.
Postage/carriage charges will not be refunded on non-warranty returns.
Returns for refund only will incur a 15% restocking charge, (excludes warranty returns).
9. Data Protection:- Customer information is not provided or shared with any other party. All information is held for the use of Electric outboard Motors within Bournemouth Canoes Limited for internal use only.
10. All UK and EEC residents Statutory Rights will be observed.
